Exercise -
2.1 mile run - 21 minutes, 264 cal, max speed 11.5k/ph
10 minutes cross trainer

Getting my head back in the game...
Right ok (again) I am getting back into running and losing weight! No more excuses. Especially as one of my best friends returns from travelling on 30th March - 7 weeks on Friday and I had promised myself that I would be back in my pre wedding jeans. Plus the plans are in motion for her homecoming night out and I want to feel nice for that. And the hospital fertility clinic appointment is getting closer. So back to it for me.
The plan starting from tomorrow:
Food optimise 100% for 4 weeks
Run 3 x 5k per week and 1 x 10k
Begin ripped in 30 days - may regret this but after seeing the success the lovely Mrs Dens from WI had on this, I want to try it. Not expecting the results she had, but anything will give me some motivation.
